Payment Plans

Approved methods for payment include, but are not limited to, any of the following methods.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AT A GLANCE:

  • We accept credit cards issued by U.S. banks only: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and debit cards with MasterCard or Visa logo on the front.
  • We accept business and personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders, issued by U.S. banks only.
  • In addition, we offer open accounts for government and educational institutions and for pre-approved local and regional businesses who do more than $150 each month.
  • We have a prepaid option saving you 10% as long as the account is kept ahead of purchases. The card may be purchased on this site at https://www.printsanjuan.com/printing/gift-certificate-prepaid-account/ and we will apply it to your job.

DETAILS:

In order to keep our accounting costs down, we have three options for account holders.

Open/Billed Accounts are only available to customers whose monthly totals are more than $150.00 per month, every month, or who have large invoices combined with a reliable payment history. You may also be asked to use one of our other two options below for months where your balance falls well below the $150 threshold.

Credit Card on File: We will keep your credit card information in our secure accounting system accessible only by the owner and bookkeeper. We will charge jobs on completion after providing a detailed invoice either in person or by e-mail or fax depending on your preference.

Prepaid Accounts: Customers prepay $20 or more, receive 10% extra as an incentive, and use it like a gift card. Each receipt indicates how much is left on your account and we remind you to recharge the card when your account runs low. You can keep a credit card on file to recharge.

In either case we will make sure your invoices are added to your customer history on our POS system and that all invoices have a description of your client. This benefits you and Printonyx as an itemized detail of your spending history.

If your monthly amounts increase and put you in the open/billed account category, we will change your account status.

We appreciate your business and your understanding in this matter, let us know if you’d like the credit card or prepay option.

Q.
What credit cards do you accept for online orders?
A.

At the current time, we accept the following credit cards:

  • Visa (credit or debit)
  • MasterCard (credit or debit)
  • American Express
  • Discover
Q.
Can I pay by check?
A.

Yes, we accept business checks, money orders, and cashier checks, but we may ask you to mail us a check before we begin to process your work unless you’ve created an open account with us.

Q.
Can you bill me?
A.

We do offer open accounts for pre-approved local and regional businesses, as well as for government and educational institutions. If you would like details about how to open an account at our printing firm, please call us in advance of placing your order. We'd be happy to discuss the details and explain the payment options and terms available to you.

Q.
What information is needed for online credit card payments?
A.

We need the credit card number, the full cardholder's name as it appears on the card, the expiration date, and the security card code verification (CCV) on the back of the card. We'll also need billing information, including your name and your (or your company's) address as it appears on the credit card statement.

Q.
When will I be charged for my order?
A.

If you pay by credit card, we will process that charge at the time you place your order. If you pay by check, we may require you to send us that check before we begin work on your printing. For open accounts, we will bill you at the time your order is accepted at our firm.

Q.
Why does the billing address have to match the address on the credit card I use?
A.

In a word: security. This is the policy the credit card companies use to protect you from unauthorized or fraudulent use of your credit card. The billing address must be the same as the address where your credit card company sends its statements for the credit card you are using. If you enter a different address on our billing information page, the credit card company (not us) will not authorize the charge. This is a security feature that is in place for your safety.

Q.
Is your printing firm's website secure for online payments?
A.

Absolutely. When you enter your credit card information on our website, it is encrypted and transmitted directly to our credit card processor's secure, PCI-compliant web server, where the payment is then processed. The processor's web server sends back data, letting us know if the charge was approved or denied. Your credit card information never touches our web servers and is not stored or associated in any way with your account information on our website.
